Where does vibeforall.in  function from?

We have 3500 Sq ft store at Jupiter hospital thane. All orders are shipped directly from our store which is checked & tested by our panels of doctors.


What products does Vibeforall.in sell?

We sell all products related to health & wellness under one roof .

We have various brand & categories like Sri Sri, Santulan, Bioderma, Auriga etc.


How will I know if you have received my order?

After checking out during the payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will also get a mail in your registered email id confirming the order along with all the details such as order number and the list of items ordered.


How do I check my order status?

We will ship within 24hrs of receiving the order. We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company. Alternatively, you can check the same in My Account page, all relevant shipping details will be mentioned for your easy reference.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card Online at Vibeforall.in?

We have partnered with India’s leading payment gateway providers like CC Avenue, Techprocess. It is  SSL encryption, and is also Verisign secured. You information is completely secure.


Will I be charged for Octroi or Entry tax?

You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.


How long will it take to receive my orders?

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days after dispatch (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.


Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.


Who pays for the shipping charges?

We provide Free Shipping on all Orders above Rs.599.

Product below 599 – Rs.50 shipping charges

Product above 599 – Free Shipping.

Cash on delivery ( for mumbai only)
 

The Cash on delivery facility is available free of charge for orders above Rs 1000. If your order value is below Rs 1000, an extra shipping charge of Rs. 75 will be collected.

Pay cash on delivery to the courier. The courier will not accept cheques or demand drafts, please pay only cash.

 

Before processing your order for cash on delivery, our agent will call you over phone. After you reconfirm that you have chosen to pay by cash on delivery, your order will be processed.




What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.


What is your Return Policy?

We have a ‘no questions asked’ 7 day return policy only on un-opened items. Also please ensure that while returning the items are packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged in transit. The return shipping charges needs to be borne by the customer. In case of damage to the original packaging or the goods Vibeforall.in reserves the right to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties. Please send us a mail at vibe@mitulstores.com or call us on 91 08879383768 to obtain a Return Receipt Number before you ship the item back to us. No goods will be accepted without a Return Receipt Number.
